App Connex Service

 
Connex Service is an Android App for easy programming of refrigeration units. Speed and data security are guaranteed. Via App you can manage the programs’ Data Base and all the Customer Data which are synced to the cloud. Through the AMS modules, all the connected units can be remotely checked and managed. Parameters’ graphs are accessible in the cloud and their values can be remotely modified. The device is WiF_connected both locally to the App installed on your smatphone, and to the web: you need only configure the router and choose the network via the Connex Service App.

Refrigeration units equipped with FLEX control devices can be registered in the Cloud 3.0 with the Connex App and get access to the Cloud 3.0 services via pc, tablet and smartphone.


 

OEM WEB FORMS

The AMS modules (Asset Management and Service) provide the manufacturer or dealer with a global view of the operations of the fleet. The modules contain information about the actual behaviour of the refrigeration units based on data gathered from the sensors. In addition to preventing problems and downtime, the AMS also efficiently manages critical issues so as to minimise the potential costs of interventions. In other words, the AMS signals when it is necessary for an intervention before any failure can occur. This is key to reducing costs. Furthermore, the AMS make the functional status of the devices visible and offers the user with direct access to the configuration settings. This visibility is arranged in descending tiers and it is accessible to the levels builder and dealer if the permits provide for that access.


AMS DASHBOARD

States are represented in numerical format according to their function, connection and device registration. These states can be monitored via the web interface. There is a graph that outlines the trends of the individual states for the selected month. Also, the GUARDIAN algorithm extracts the minimum and maximum values of the functional variables for refrigeration classes within the allocated time frame, indicates the S/n, and displays the conditional jump on the graphic trace.

AMS TABLE

The AMS TABLE panel exposes the values for columns that can be ordered of more variables and operating states: S/n, model, temperature probes, device status: disconnected, not coded, in alarm, in standby, date of the first and last sample. Clicking on the s / n migrates to the DEVICE DASHBOARD.

AMS DEVICE DASHBOARD

The AMS DEVICE DASHBOARD panel allows direct access to the management and monitoring of the device. Here it is possible to observe and adjust system settings, read charts, and export data in PDF format. In this panel it is also possible to upgrade firmware, view a dashboard of real-time variables, and see a list of events related to customer and technical service.

AMS STATISTIC

The AMS STATISTIC panel allows for the analysis of the variables filtered by device and by model. Analysis of the unit allows a wide range of data to be extracted, such as: the minimum and maximum values, the average and the standard deviation of a specified variable, along with the S/n and the period in question; in addition, the bulk data extraction performs a comparison of the same variable for the selected S/n or model. Data can be exported in CSV format so that additional analysis can be conducted offline.
